surge全局翻墙设置
on 11/16/2017surge很好用很顺手，但我一直苦恼一个问题就是有时候想要全局翻墙的时候不知道要怎么设置，surge的配置文件里没有一个简单选项像Direct=direct这样的直接设置的。
某一天我突然想到，可以另做一个配置文件，加上：
[Rule]
GEOIP,CN,DIRECT
FINAL,Proxy
这样的规则不就行了吗？需要全局翻墙时就选择这个配置文件啊！
一试，果然可以了！……
